Return & Refund Policy

At Aru Candle, each piece is carefully handmade and prepared with attention to detail.

As most of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photos of the item. Once verified, we will offer an appropriate solution, including a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started or delivery has been arranged, orders can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

As all products are handmade, slight variations in color, flower arrangement, and finishing details may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
