Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

For large-volume or custom event orders, production time may vary depending on the quantity ordered. In most cases, these orders are completed and dispatched within 5–10 business days.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all Emirates within the UAE.

Shipping Fees

1-Free delivery within Dubai

2-For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and other areas, delivery is arranged through third-party courier partners. Shipping fees for locations outside Dubai are typically around AED 50, depending on the delivery area.

The final delivery fee, if applicable, will be confirmed before order dispatch.
